High Pressure NMR Spectroscopy
The application of high pressure (up to 200 MPa) provides very important additional information about the conformational balance of proteins, especially in the characterization of folding, dynamics and structure of folding intermediates. In cooperation with High Pressure Biosciences we are developping sophisticated hardware and software for integrating novel high pressure set-ups in NMR spectrometers.
